The other day ,I was just surfing and came across this post and I couldn't resist post this comment
In my opinion, parents tend to be over protective of children.In the past,as far as I have observed , children were let of on their own and they managed just as well and as an added bonus they develop life skills. But be overprotective and the consequences are not so happy…. In my opinion..

4 Thoughts:
Nowadays parents have to be protective of their children. You need to let them have a bit of exploring on their own, but you can't stop watching out for them!!It's in the book of being parents..
Maybe you are right... World today is a lot worse..............
It is my opinion that the world has always been as bad as it has been. Every single generations says "our world is more dangerous than ever before" because methods of transferring news and information become more efficient.
News outlets are getting better at finding and spreading news, and unfortuntely our own paranoia means that only bad news sells well. There are no more terrorist attacks in modern times than there was in my parents times. There are no more child abusers than before. We just find about more of them.
That too is a very relevant point.....
A consequence of greater communication is that more news gets circulated but for some reason undesirable ones seems to take the greater part of the limelight......
By the way thanks for making this post lively.... and hoping for greater participation.....
